At OpenInformationPlatform, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we can provide refunds and the process for initiating a return.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order online at openinformationplatform.sbs. To cancel your order, please call our customer service team at +39 081 123 4567. If the order has not been prepared or dispatched, we will issue a full refund in the original payment method.
Returns and Refunds
- If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the item.
- For non-perishable merchandise, returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Please note that we do not accept returns for perishable food items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and any customized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they were received damaged.
Processing Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable time frame, first check your bank account again. If the refund is not visible, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Thereafter, contact your bank. Shipping Returns
For the returnable items, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
