'OpenInformationPlatform' was borne from a vision to introduce original Neapolitan pizza to Naples. Established by the Romano family in 1985, our little pizza shop began as a quaint family-operated business, cherishing recipes passed down through many generations.
Marco Romano, the founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her travels across Italy, learning from renowned pizza chefs in Naples, where pizza was conceived. When she came back to the UK, she had a resolve to replicate the enchantment of true Italian pizza, sticking to age-old techniques and prime ingredients.
Starting as a humble eatery with only 12 seats, we have expanded into a treasured neighborhood staple. Nonetheless, our dedication to crafting pizzas of unparalleled quality and genuineness stands firm. Our approach remains rooted in the use of traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough freshly every day, and procuring the finest components available.
Presently, 'OpenInformationPlatform' is still under the ownership and operation of the Romano lineage, with the second generation now steering our devoted crew. While we have adopted some modern adjustments, the essence of our business persists: to make luscious, genuine pizzas that congregate diners.
